It’s fight week in Manchester! Cage Warriors – Europe’s Leading MMA Organisation – is back with another epic double header from the BEC Arena, and it all kicks off this Friday night with another edition of Unplugged!
In the evening’s main event, a pair of human highlight reels clash as Sweden’s Alexander Loof takes on the UK’s Aiden Lee.
A young veteran, Lee enters the bout on the back of a vintage performance, taking the legs out from under fast-rising prospect Giuseppe Mastrogiacomo earlier this year.
Loof is a fighter with a well-earned reputation for crowd pleasing brawls, and has been spending time honing his skills with Liverpool’s Next Generation since his last appearance in the Famous Yellow Gloves.
Fan favourites Francesco Mazzeo, Charles Joyner and Adam Darby return to action.
A previously announced welterweight bout between Theodor Berggren and Manuel Del Vallee will now no longer take place following an illness to Berggren.
A catchweight bout between Nathan McGillian and Jack McHugh has also been removed from the card after McGillian wasn’t medically cleared.
