The Jamaican put in a career-defining performance, beating the former champ with a dominant display, winning four straight rounds after dropping the first in Manny.
In the co-main event, Chris Bungard settled the score with long-time rival Simone Patrizi, defeating the Italian after three hard-fought and thrilling rounds at the BEC Arena.
In another action-packed battle, Tim Wilde came out on top of an all-out war against Oscar Ownsworth, leaving the cage with some visible battle damage to show for it.
Jack Humphries did what he does best and put his short-notice opponent away inside three minutes with a tight anaconda choke.
There was some serious ground-and-pound on display from Shay Ingram as he improved his pro record to 4-0 with a crowd-pleasing performance on the main card.
Opening the main card, Fran Breen edged a split-decision win over Ayoub Nacer in a closely contested bout.
Italy got their revenge on the featured prelim, however, as Enrico Di Gangi returned to winning ways against debutant Jack McLoughlin.
A short-notice call-up was no issue for Roman David in his Cage Warriors debut, convincing the judges with sustained damage throughout the fight.
There was also a memorable debut for Oliver Tero, who capped off a flawless performance with a finish two minutes into the second round.
Nathanael Woods won his first CW appearance on less than 48 hours’ notice with a unanimous decision earlier in the night.
And Chris Morris made his professional debut with a big win in the opening bout.
