Cage Warriors has today confirmed the main card for CW 207 Manchester, set to take place at the BEC Arena on June 20th live on UFC Fight Pass.

A lightweight world title fight headlines the event as champion Omiel Brown returns to the city where he captured Cage Warriors gold, while a host of unbeaten prospects and established contenders look to make statements in front of the Manchester faithful.

Omiel Brown vs Ieuan Davies — Cage Warriors Lightweight World Title

The CW 207 main event sees reigning Cage Warriors Lightweight Champion Omiel Brown make the first defence of his title against undefeated Welsh contender Ieuan Davies.

Brown enters the contest riding the momentum of a career-defining run that has seen him establish himself as one of the premier lightweights outside the UFC. After capturing the title in Manchester before unifying the belt earlier this year, the champion returns to the BEC Arena looking to strengthen his claim as the division’s undisputed king.

Standing opposite him will be one of the most dangerous submission specialists in European MMA. Davies has yet to taste defeat as a professional, boasting a perfect 7-0 record and earning his title opportunity following an impressive victory over Michael Pagani. More than 70 percent of his wins have come by submission, making him a threat from the opening bell until the final horn.

Champion versus undefeated challenger. Manchester will host one of the biggest lightweight title fights of the year.

Nathan Fletcher vs Rony Henrique — Bantamweight

Former Cage Warriors Academy champion and UFC veteran Nathan Fletcher returns to action when he takes on Brazilian veteran Rony Henrique in a bantamweight showdown.

Fletcher remains one of the UK’s most accomplished grapplers and enters the contest with ten professional victories, seven of which have come via submission. After gaining valuable experience on MMA’s biggest stage, “The Prospect” now turns his attention back towards the upper reaches of the Cage Warriors bantamweight division.

Henrique brings over 35 professional bouts worth of experience into Manchester and will be looking to spoil Fletcher’s homecoming in what promises to be a fascinating clash of styles.

Shay Ingram vs Marin Vetrila — Lightweight

One of the UK’s fastest-rising prospects returns to action as Shay Ingram takes on Marin Vetrila in a lightweight contest with major implications for the future of the division.

Still undefeated as a professional at 5-0, Ingram has quickly developed a reputation as one of the most exciting young talents on the Cage Warriors roster. Combined with his amateur career, he enters the bout on an extended winning streak and appears to be gathering momentum with every performance.

Vetrila arrives in Manchester with a strong 7-1 professional record of his own and represents the toughest test of Ingram’s career to date. With both men eager to force their way into the lightweight conversation, fans can expect fireworks whenever the cage door closes.

Adam Cullen vs Carl Jones Jr — Lightweight

Another crucial lightweight contest sees Adam Cullen welcome unbeaten prospect Carl Jones Jr to the CW 207 main card.

Cullen has long been regarded as one of the most reliable competitors on the domestic scene and brings valuable experience into the matchup. Across fourteen professional appearances, he has shared the cage with a variety of styles and opponents, making him the perfect measuring stick for one of the division’s newest prospects.

Jones Jr enters with an unblemished 6-0 record and the opportunity to secure the biggest win of his career. A victory over a proven Cage Warriors veteran would immediately elevate his standing within one of the promotion’s most competitive divisions.

Emile Vujakovic vs Farshad Nazarnia — Middleweight

At middleweight, Emile Vujakovic meets Farshad Nazarnia in a contest featuring two fighters with their eyes firmly fixed on the rankings.

Vujakovic arrives with six victories from seven professional outings and continues to establish himself as one of the division’s most promising names. Nazarnia, meanwhile, brings a 4-1 record into Manchester and knows a victory over Vujakovic would represent a major step forward in his Cage Warriors career.

With both men looking to build momentum, neither can afford to take a backward step.

George Staines vs Conor McCarthy — Lightweight

Opening the main card is a lightweight clash between two undefeated prospects as George Staines takes on Ireland’s Conor McCarthy.

Staines enters Manchester with a perfect 9-0 professional record and has steadily emerged as one of the most talked-about prospects in the UK and Irish scene. Across the cage, McCarthy arrives unbeaten at 6-0 and carrying ambitions of making an immediate impact on the biggest stage of his career.

For both men, this represents an opportunity to announce themselves as genuine contenders. For the fans, it guarantees that one undefeated record will fall before the night is over.
