As if the Cage Warriors welterweight division wasn’t stacked enough, the promotion have confirmed that Alex ‘Da Killa Kid’ Lohore has joined the ranks.
With welterweights Craig White and Carlo Pedersoli Jr recently signing with the UFC, Cage Warriors have begun to confirm a number of stellar additions to the division, with Lohore being the latest.
The division is currently ruled by Italian champion Stefano Paterno, who defends his belt against top contender Ross Houston at CW98 on October 20th, and also boasts big names such as ex-UFC champion Nicolas Dalby and rising prospect Adam Proctor.
Alex Lohore is one of the most exciting names on the European welterweight scene, and boasts 7 knockouts and 5 submission finishes on his impressive record.
“We’re seriously excited to welcome Alex Lohore to the Cage Warriors family, marking another step in solidifying our roster as the strongest in Europe,” says Cage Warriors President Graham Boylan. “He’s an elite level contender and we can’t wait to see him perform.”
Stay tuned for Lohore’s first fight announcement.
