Cage Warriors first-ever event in San Diego, CW 126, left fans wanting more after an incredible night of action.

The card saw four finishes and some incredible fights, that featured come-from-behind wins too.

After the event, Cage Warriors president, Graham Boylan, said: “What an incredible show.

“We expected fireworks, and that’s what we got.

“Every fighter on the card tonight came out ready to put a show on for the fans!”

In the main event, Kyle Stewart landed a huge uppercut to knockout John Poppie in round one. The US Marine Corps veteran then immediately called out Cage Warriors middleweight champion, Matthew Bonner, for a title shot.

In the co-main, Joseph “Bopo” Morales picked up a unanimous decision win over Kevin Wirth. “Bopo” dropped Wirth with a heavy right hand in the first round before dominating rounds two and three to secure the victory.

Zac Pauga bounced back to beat Terrance Jean-Jacques by decision after he was knocked down in round one. He extends his record to 4-0.

Max Rohskopf also claimed a win, knocking out Jeff Creighton in round one. This was his first fight back since being cut by the UFC and he looked keen to show he had learnt from past mistakes.

Cage Warriors now looks ahead to London for its fifth Trilogy series, CW 127, CW 128 and CW 129 on from 30th September to 2nd October.

Max Rohskopf defeated “Jazzy” Jeff Creighton via TKO (Ground and Pound – punches) after  2.21 of round 1


Jamie Lynch defeated Josh Nakagawa via Unanimous Decision (30-27 30-27, 30–27) after 3 rounds
Damon “The Nomad” Wilson defeated John Buttner via TKO (Punches) after 0:18 of round 2
Cody Davis defeated Enrique Marte via Unanimous Decision (30-27 29-28, 29-28) after 3 rounds
