CW 185: Manchester – Saturday, March 15th

The card for CW’s return to Manchester is building up nicely, with a groundswell of local talent looking to seize their opportunity under the spotlight of a packed BEC Arena!

A huge bout pitting The MMA Fight Academy’s Teddy Stringer against Manchester favourite Antonio Sheldon has just been added to the card; a bout that should get the locals and the purists excited in equal measures!

Stringer remains undefeated, and will be chomping at the bit to get some cage time in following a string of opponent withdrawals at the back end of 2024.

Sheldon represents a significant step up in competition for the Chesterfield man, and will be looking to extend his current streak to three.

Manchester fan favourite Sam Kelly is back in action, looking to regain the momentum that saw him pick up some lightning fast finishes against the likes of Jack Eglin and Pav Sahota. On March 15th, he takes on Judo expert Richard Kallos in what is sure to be a crowd-pleasing affair!

Also announced for CW: 185, ‘KO of the Year’ runner up Mariusz Mikołajewski looks to get back on track against Joe Ambler, prospects collide as Nick Beukema faces Jack Humphries and Ryan Hewett faces Christian Tebbett.

CW 186: London – Friday, March 21st

The biggest weekend of MMA in the UK hits London’s O2 Arena, and it all kicks off with Cage Warriors and some Friday Night Fights!

And what better way to get the ball rolling than with a huge featherweight title fight? Harry ‘Houdini’ Hardwick returns for his second defence of the 145lb strap, and after beating a Dutchman and Brazilian in previous title bouts, he’s now got his sights set on the good old US-of-A.

Javier ‘El Mariachi’ Garcia will make the long trip from California to upset the applecart and take the belt back stateside!

Also announced for CW 186: Former middleweight title contender Will Currie returns following his appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series, taking on fellow DWCS alumni Eli ‘The Israeli Tank’ Aronov, in the latter’s long-awaited CW debut!

The big news surrounding CW’s upcoming Caledonia return is the recently confirmed news that Sean Clancy Jr will step into the spotlight for the fight time as the event’s headliner.

The surging Scottish prospect will take centre stage against a yet-to-be-announced opponent on April 19th, as a cast of the nation’s finest look to assert home turf advantage over some of the best the UK, Europe and beyond has to offer!

Also announced for CW 187: Scotland’s Keir Harvie is back in bantamweight action, as he faces Greece’s Alexandros Moumtzis in a bout with ‘barn-burner’ written all over it.

CW 188: Dublin – Saturday, April 26th

Cage Warriors are coming back to Dublin, and we’re bringing a title fight for the ages with us! The RDS will once again play host to the Famous Yellow Gloves, as local champion James ‘Jimbo Slice’ Sheehan makes the first defence of his welterweight title against former challenger Justin Burlinson.

‘Burlo’ recently made an epic comeback following surgery and a battle with cancer, earning a second crack at an Irishman holding the welterweight title with his win over Theodor Berggren.

After a year on the shelf, Dublin’s Sheehan will be raring to get back in the mix in front of the rabid support that cheered him to victory in the same arena a year prior!

Tickets for all on-sale Cage Warriors events are on sale via our website! Don’t forget, you can catch all the action – plus 15 years worth of CW’s back catalogue – on UFC Fight Pass!
