Cage Warriors – Europe’s Leading MMA Organisation – has today confirmed the addition of a number of athletes to its permanent roster.

All five new acquisitions have signed exclusive, long-term agreements to compete in the famous yellow gloves.

Tiziano Ferranti (6-1): Surging Italian prospect Ferranti made his Cage Warriors debut in March of this year, putting up a spirited effort against former featherweight champion Jordan Vucenic in what was just his 7th professional fight. Known for his powerful striking, many have him tipped as a potential star on the rise.

Giacomo Michelis (4-1): One of many Italian prospects fighting out of Aurora MMA, ‘The Boar’s sole blemish as a professional was at the hands of the highly regarded Michelangelo Colangelo. He recently got back on track with a stoppage victory over the previously undefeated Farukh Aligadzhiev.

Mitchell Goode (0-0): Long-time amateur campaigner Mitchell Goode will make his eagerly anticipated professional debut with Cage Warriors. Having competed on the Cage Warriors Academy as well as in numerous international tournaments, the submission specialist will be one to watch in the pro ranks.

Michael Pagani (6-0): 24-year-old Michael ‘SNIPER’ Pagani is potentially the best-kept secret on the Italian regional circuit. Having only gone the distance once as a professional, Pagani has built a fearsome reputation for finishing opponents with punches, kicks and knees.

Marko Sarasjarvi (3-0): Another veteran amateur, Sarasjarvi was a silver medallist at the 2018 World Championships. Having only been bested by a handful of elite amateur opponents, the Finnish featherweight is undefeated as a professional. He recently made his CW debut in Rome, walking into enemy territory to submit Edoardo Caiazza in 96 seconds.

Long established as ‘the draft’ of European MMA, Cage Warriors reputation for developing the stars of tomorrow is unrivalled in the region. All five new signings will look to make their mark in the promotion as part of the ongoing 2023 schedule.

With bouts set to be confirmed in the coming weeks and months, fans can keep up with all the latest announcements as they happen via CW’s social channels.
