Cage Warriors has a well-deserved reputation as the key proving ground for rising prospects in Europe, having seen 79 fighters from its roster going on to play their trade in the octagon with the UFC.

Former Cage Warriors stars have won four world titles, with former stars Michael Bisping (middleweight), Joanna Jedrzejczyk (strawweight) and McGregor (featherweight and lightweight) taking their talents all the way to the pinnacle of the sport.

Cage Warriors president Graham Boylan paid tribute to those who made the Top 15 list, as well as all the fighters who have competed under the Cage Warriors banner during the promotion’s 15-year history to date.

“On the occasion of our 15th birthday we thought it was only right that we celebrated what this promotion has always been about, and that’s producing great fights and providing a platform for fighters to show the world just how good they are.

“Over the years we’ve seen 79 fighters move on from our promotion to eventually fight in the UFC, with some going on to become some of the biggest stars in the sport. We’re proud of all of them, and are proud to have played a part in their successful careers.

“While we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in our first 15 years, we certainly aren’t done yet. We’ll continue to put on great shows for the fans, showcasing the stars of the future and providing the best proving ground for fighting talent in this part of the world.

“Thanks to everyone who has fought under our banner, and thanks to all the fantastic fans who have supported us and our athletes through our events down the years. See you at the next one!”
