The weigh-ins for Cage Warriors 150 took place this morning at London’s Crowne Plaza Hotel, with all twenty fighters hitting their marks, despite some late drama on the scales.
The first CW event of the European calendar is headlined by the return of former featherweight champion Jordan Vucenic as he faces surging Italian prospect Tiziano Ferranti.
Vucenic originally tipped the scales at 149.1lbs, 3.1lbs over the 146lb non-title limit. ‘The Epidemic’ returned to the scales at 146lbs with minutes to spare.
Ferranti came in under (143.7lbs) at the first time of asking.
A middleweight bout between James Webb and Alan Carlos has been removed from the card, after Carlos withdrew with an injury on Wednesday afternoon.
As such, a women’s bantamweight bout between Awa Sow and Kate Bacik has been elevated to the main card.
