With just 24 hours to go until bell time, the Cage Warriors 180 fighters hit the scales at London’s Novotel Greenwich Hotel on Thursday morning.

The light heavyweight title will be on the line in the evening’s main event, with both challenger James Webb and champion Andy Clamp making championship weight.

Final tickets for CW 180 are available here!

Webb – a former middleweight title holder looking for a second championship reign – tipped the scales at 204.4lbs, while ‘Clamp the Champ’ came in at a svelte 203.3lbs.

There was a fantastic atmosphere as the two athletes in one of the cards most anticipated bouts – the bantamweight clash between Weslley Maia and Alexander Lööf – took to the scales.

The People’s Main Event?

London-based Brazilian Maia registered a weight of 135.9lbs, while Sweden’s Lööf looked comfortable for his second bantamweight outing at 135.9lbs.

Featherweights Callum Haughian and Marko Sarasjärvi agreed on a catchweight of 150lbs during fight week, with both men hitting their mark comfortably.

Only bantamweight Tommy Brunning needed additional time to make weight.

After initially tipping the scales at 136.6lbs, he returned a short time later to weigh-in at 135.9lbs for his bout with Richard Kallos (134.7lbs).

Teddy Stringer’s highly anticipated clash against Shaun Fraser is a late casualty for the now 12 bout card, after an illness on the eve of the weigh-ins rendered Fraser unable to compete.

Stringer made weight regardless, and hopes to act as a backup for CW 180 and next weeks CW 181 in Newcastle.
