With less than 24 hours to go before bell time for Cage Warriors 185’s return to the BEC Arena, the fighters hit the scales at Manchester’s Holiday Inn hotel on Friday morning.

In what will be his final appearance under the CW banner, rising MMA superstar Luke Riley looked lean on the scales at 145.2lbs. His opponent, Combat Sambo champion Tariel Abbasov, came in a fraction heavier at 145.6lbs for their three round featherweight main event.
A highly anticipated lightweight co-main event is also good to go, as Teddy Stringer (155.8lbs) and Antonio Sheldon (153.9lbs) both made weight comfortably.
A welterweight bout between Joe Ambler and Mariusz Mikołajewski will now no longer take place, after Ambler encountered complications with his weight cut.
As such the card proceeds with 14 bouts.
