Cage Warriors – Europe’s Leading MMA Organisation – has confirmed that CW featherweight world champion Nik Bagley will make the second defence of his title against Brazil’s Bruno ‘Tiger’ Souza at CW 213 London.
Taking place at the BBC Studioworks Television Centre on Saturday, November 14th, the featherweight title fight will headline a card that showcases Cage Warriors’ homegrown talent from London and beyond.
Bagley, who represents London and Ukraine, captured the Yellow Gloves gold in dominant fashion at CW 200 in Dublin, taking all five rounds against Solomon Simon to earn a unanimous decision. He then returned home to defend the title at CW London in June, finishing top contender Aiden Lee with a third-round rear-naked choke in what many consider the best performance of his career.

Now ‘The Tiger’ stands in his way. The Brazilian is a former UFC fighter who made his Cage Warriors debut at CW 173 in San Diego, outpointing fellow UFC veteran Wilson Reis. Souza has also won a five-round LFA title fight and competed in Karate Combat, and he brings the length and counter-striking to test the champion.
It’s a classic clash of styles. Bagley’s relentless wrestling and pressure against Souza’s range, timing and cardio over a potential five rounds.
Cage Warriors Matchmaker Ian Dean had this to say about the bout:
“With seven wins in a row, I’m sure Nik Bagley is relishing the opportunity to become a dominant Champion with a win over Bruno Souza who has international level experience not only in the UFC but also in other disciplines and promotions as well”
As at CW 212 the week before, the event will be set in an intimate venue where fans will have a viewing experience like no other and the chance to watch Cage Warriors up close in front of an exclusive crowd.
Tickets are on sale now, with more exciting announcements expected in the coming days ahead of CW 213 London on Saturday, November 14th at the BBC Studioworks Television Centre.
Further bouts are set to be announced in due course.
