Cage Warriors – Europe’s Leading MMA Organisation – has today confirmed news of a second huge title bout for its upcoming return to London. Undefeated British/Polish prospect Ollie ‘Sweet &’ Sarwa will take on CW veteran Weslley ‘Magic’ Maia on the main card of CW 203: London, with the winner taking home the vacant bantamweight world title. The event takes place on Friday, March 20th, at London’s indigo at The O2.
Tickets for CW 203 are available here!
London-based Brazilian Maia (11-6) has been a fixture in the Famous Yellow Gloves since debuting against CW legend Jack Shore in 2018. The GB Top Team man has been victorious in five of his last six, including wins over Shirzad Qadrian, Alexander Lööf and the PFL’s Lewis McGrillen.
He most recently saw action at CW 192, submitting Aiden Stephen with a trademark rear-naked choke.
Stevenage’s Ollie ‘Sweet &’ Sarwa (8-0) has been on a tear through the 135lb division, winning four straight since joining the promotion in late 2024. Prior to that he had been a fixture on the CW Academy, winning titles as both an amateur and a professional.
Sarwa burst onto the CW scene with back-to-back blistering knockouts, before proving that he’s capable of going the distance in bouts against Damiano Scogna and Tuomas Grönvall, the former of which was nominated for Cage Warriors 2025 ‘Fight of the Year’.
The bout joins a previously announced flyweight title fight confirmed over the holiday period, pitting the comeback king champion Nicolas Leblond against London’s Jawany Scott, who’ll look to capture CW gold on his second time of asking.
Tickets for the event, which will air live on UFC Fight Pass, are available here. Further bouts will be announced in due course.
